We are currently investigating an issue where the application's borders may not reach the edge of your screen when maximizing the game on Windows.

In order to prevent this issue, you can check the box for Fullscreen from More > Settings > Audio/Video.

Note:
There is a difference between fullscreen and maximizing the window.

We are working on fixing this issue in a future update.
